I would not recommend this dealership. I had appointment with there ambassador Arnie Riess. He did not offered me chair to sit down for discussion. He did not offered me any coffee or water. It is their Manger Peter herbert's responsibility to train his team properly. Please stay away from this dealership.

Very concerned about my needs

I received a phone call for each vehicle I inquired about from, I think her name was Sophia, I believe she looks after internet inquiries. Basically, all she was interested in finding out was, would I book an appointment for a test drive? During the first phone call from her, I explained that I was not yet decided between the CX30 GT Turbo and the CX5 GT Turbo. I confirmed that the must be turbo when she asked. Then she said she would get someone from sales to call me back. I received no phone calls from anyone other than her and it was just a repeat of the first call. What it came down to with her was, if you will not book an appointment right then and there with her, she is just wasting her time and can't wait to get off the phone from you.

Not really impressed so far. I was there this past Tuesday, made an offer on the '22 CX30. The salesman, Danial, had come in on his day off, was friendly and obliging, no problems with him. It was the finance person - SHE DIDN'T HAVE TIME TO SEE ME (!??) Nor did she even stop by while I was there and apologize & let me know she'd call me later. Nothing like that. Danial only said she was too busy to see me and that I would get an email credit app to fill it out and return. He did also mention that she would be in touch with me, so I expected a call or at least a text. But nope, just an old email that I had to hunt for - it was in my junk folder. I know I should have said something when I was there, but I think I was in shock (lol) I think I just pretty much nodded, said "Ok" then walked out. I've bought LOTS of cars from lots of dealerships, and this has NEVER happened to me.

I was texting with Gurtej and from the day I initially contacted this dealership. Of course, he kept asking me to come in and see the vehicle in person. Saturday evening I told him via text that I would probably be able to make it in the next day. He had told me his hours and asked what time, I told him not sure, but it would be later in the day, and I would give him as much advance notice as I could. He said, "sounds good 👍". Sunday at 3:19pm, I texted to say I was on my way in. He did not reply. At 4:14 I texted asking where are you guys? (I had driven right past that place). He did not reply. I ended up finding it and I walked in, asked for him at reception. He came out said he was sorry but was with customers and had another salesman assist me. Of course, he did tell this other salesman the vehicle I was interested in. We walked outside and as we approached the subject deal this saleman tells me that it just sold that day and they have no other used turbos. I wasn't impressed.

I bought the 2020 Subaru Premier AWD from Jas Sharma at Abbotsford Mazda. I found the whole experience hassle free and very pleasant. Jas was very honest and professional. We were very happy with the whole process. It was an unusual experience having done the whole deal over the phone and text. However, when I got to Abbotsford from the Okanagan the vehicle was exactly as represented. The rest of the staff was fantastic and they made the whole buying process easy. A stress free purchase! How great is that.
