I dealt with a salesman called Matt when I went in to see the Denali. He was able to answer all of my questions, and was quite knowledgeable about the truck. Because I was calling from out of town, Matt kept in touch until I could go in and see it for myself. When I got there, I found the truck very clean when I went for the test drive. I would highly recommend people to go and see Matt and the whole team at Park Mazda in Sherwood Park if they are looking for a truck, car or SUV. Thanks Matt!!

The dealership called me, however he was to call me again after talking to management. He never returned a second call!!

Let them know I was not interested after I reviewed the vehicle and they kept on emailing me they just did not want to let go.

All in all, not a bad experience but not a great one. The car I went to try had more cosmetic damage than was advertised and dirtier than a presentable car should be, and I didn’t feel like he was the most honest car sales guy out there. That being said wasn’t a bad experience either, he was pleasant to speak to & deal with, and had some good cars on lot. Wound up going somewhere else though

Ended up with a different car by choice but loved this dealer. Extremely helpful, willing to work out a good deal and within our timelines. Highly recommend buying from TL.
