I wish I have seen the google review for the sales person Luu before going in and dealing with him. I had a disappointing experience during my first visit to chatham honda. The salesperson Luu I dealt with, was very unprofessional and rude, making the process unnecessarily stressful. It was evident they were not properly trained, which not only made my experience unpleasant but also left me questioning the dealership’s overall standards. First impressions matter, and this one unfortunately ruined my confidence in this dealership. I hope management takes steps to address these issues to maintain their reputation and provide a better customer experience in the future. “Because of one person they cannot afford to close down the whole location and this is going that way now.” God bless owner and this dealership!!
