Terrible experience. Confirmed 10.30am appointment, drove a long distance to this dealership even had dealer rep call me the same morning to confirm we were still coming. Upon our arrival at the dealership we were met with confused looks, introduced to multiple reps, asked to wait for what seemed like 10 minutes, I even started to look around the forecourt for the car, we were finally shown the car, I immediately noticed the glaring mismatched re-spray on the front wing, it was so bad it looked like the wing was matt black compared to the rest of the gloss black car. I wasn't impressed with the sales reps response which was completely dismissive and especially when the Carfax report showed no accidents ! I continued to look over the car and then my wife told me she had been told to stop looking as the car was sold! Thank you Volvo ! Complete waste of our time - Don't show a Carfax with no accidents when the car has obviously been re-sprayed and then deny any issues ! Buyer beware
