remote start turn on the Jeep then it shuts off after 10 seconds

On my remote start feature, everything works but for only 10 seconds then turns off. Jeep starts fine when I insert the key. What am i missing?

In the instruction manual it states under certain circumstances the engine will shut off when you use the remote starter. My 08 GC did the same thing because the " check engine" light was on.

My check engine light comes on my 2015 jeep will also shut off after a few minutes

I just got my 2018 wrangler. Remote start has worked great until the last couple times. I wondered maybe it was bc I was low on gas. I filled her up, tried remote start and it seems to be working fine now ‍♀️ Maybe it’s COVID

If the check engine light and or the low fuel light is on it will not start via the remote
