My 09 Dodge journey says bad key when I try to start it

says bad key on the dashboard is there
any way to make a copy of the key still
we have no spare

What if I am in Rwanda and there is no Dealer, no key no spare parts?

On my 2010 Dodge Journey on the dashboard it says bad key the car will not lock or unlock by the key fob and will not start what could be wrong with my car
