Does anyone out there with the same problem get Acura to cover some of the cost?

I own a 2005 Acura TL and recently have had the same issues as a lo of other folks out
there.  My tranny gives and seems to go into neutral when I'm accelerating at about 45
mph.  The Acura dealer said they had a lot of issues with this and modified the 2005 to
avoid these transmission issues.  However, reading a lot posts out there, there are many
reporting the same problem on 2005 Acura TLs.  The dealer wants to charge me $4500 to
replace the tranny.
