If a converter is clogged would you have minimal pressure coming from tailpipe

Blew out the side of my egr
on my 04 escape. Replaced
egr started car and smoke
and fluid, not sure what was
spewing underneath.
Checked all fluids next day
all were normal. Started car
no smoke but still no power
And shifting funny
