What is wrong with my Power Steering

Hi, my Opel Astra 1.6 Comforter, 2003 Model power steering is working
intermittently and after I switch off the engine, but keep the ignition on, the
power steering motor is winding continuously until I switch the ignition off. What
could be the problem? PLEASE?

SERIOUSLY IS THERE NO ONE THAT CAN SHARE ANY LIGHT ON MY PROBLEM? I see a few of you read my question but no answers???
