2014 ford explorer won't kick over starter....instrument cluster stutters after turning key off

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

When turning ignition key...slow ticking...show check engine light...after turning ignition
off...instrument cluster flutters and stutters then goes dead after 5 - 10 seconds. ....new
battery 2weeks ago...no previous symptoms before this event

Also replaced starter ....no change in results....

2014? Sounds like a job for the warrant people at Ford. Let us know when it's fixed. I try to keep a log to assist others.

Did you ever fix this? My 2014 explorer recently started doing the same.
