Where is fuel pump in 1985 mazda 929 sedan

A friend has a 1985 Mazda 929 sedan, the electric
fuel pump has died and I want to  know where it's
located please?

Should be in the gas line, not sure exact location but just follow the fuel line, there is a strap holding it in place.

I have a 1993 929 and I just replaced my fuel pump. It has an easy access located in the trunk or you can take out the back seat then remove panel and you will see plate you have to remove then you will see access point.
