What could be wrong with my car??

It starts fine, i just replaced the plugs, wires and coil pack. the caytalic
converters clogged on the passenger side so i replaced the hole thing. i know
the O2 sensors are bad but it shouldnt be whats causing the problem....
My car has no power when you accelerate and now has another misfire. the
RPM's are okay until you try to drive then they wolnt get over 4000 and the
car wolnt go over 35 to 40 MPH. Does anyone have any clue what could be
wrong?? I did change the fuel filter and it was pretty bad. Could that be the
problem? Could it be a fuel system issue??
