What could be wrong need help

I have a 1995 ford mustang v6 3.8l
and it will start and run in neutral but
if u turn the headlights on it kills the
car. If u put ur foot on the brake it also
kills the car. If u put it in gear as soon
as u start to ease off the clutch it dies
has brand new battery alternator was
tested and good. I checked all the
grounds coming from the battery and
they are all tight.  Any help eould be
greatly appreciated

Check the grounds to the relay module underneath the plastic cover on top of the radiator. There is a bunch of grounds together. Look for loose, corroded connections. Also look at the small ground wire coming from the battery. Look in the connector for corrosion. This is the ECM ground.
