So i can get gtr r34 thru customs as long as its for off road such as track show or race with out any problems with customs?

No, I doubt it- the US will not allow non-spec cars into the country- how do they know you will not operate it on the street?- make a solemn promise? Cross your heart and hope to die? C'mon- don't you really just want to cheat? And be cooler than everybody else? What is the allure of these cars? Isn't there enough cool cars here already?

Yes indeed, R34's are illegal, How ever I recc you get a R32 they are much less exspensive and not illegal. But they are REALLY hard to find so good luck
