I changed flasher fuse and I don't know what happened now nothing no power no lights it won't start absolutely nothing

Take the fuse box loose and see if any wires are burned into on the back.

Check battery voltage and battery connections. Did you have the doors open while working on it? If so could have run the battery down. Try chagrin the battery or jump starting it.
