If my father lives in texas and i live in dc can he buy
a car here in dc for me thru the car gurus in
texas??

There is NO CarGurus in Texas. This is just a listing site. CarGurus has no stores, carlots or cars.

He can send you money or maybe charge the car to his credit card as payment. I suppose he could wire you the money or do a bank transfer.
