Is Suburban Ford in Sandy, Oregon a good dealership?
We ordered a vehicle from Suburban Ford on December
7th, 2019. We worked with Earl McCoy & Pat Dunn. Earl told
us 6 weeks for delivery and took a $1000 deposit, which
they promptly cashed on the very next business day. Eight
weeks later, after no word from the dealership, we called
Earl. He told us "it's on the way", "it will be here in 7-10
days". On Feburary 21st, 2020, again after no word from the
dealership, I drove in and spoke to Earl in person. I was
informed that in fact the vehicle would not arrive until
March 23, 2020. In light of this we requested a refund of
the deposit. Then COVID-19 happened. Suburban Ford,
even in the face of this crisis, is denying the $1000 from my
family. This is a shameful, unethical, and immoral
dealership that should be avoided at all costs.
