car sagging on right front when turn and makes a loud metal clunk noise

Sagging and clunking can indicate a broken spring, strut mount, or steering component has failed. You will need to get the car in the air and remove the wheel to inspect. Have a good mechanic look it over for you. But I'm really interested how you calculated your CV joints have a 50 percent life span.
