when i back up in reverse wheels lock and car stops like i hit a wall

its crazy checked brakes and jack it up and wheels spun freely

pretty sure its all but not sure whats i dont get is jacked up front and put in reverse and it spun freely

i backed up and and locks stop and go again it does the same ! went arount the block and had no problems in drive gears
