I hit a curb and I have a chunk of my tire missing.

Asked by GuruFQTXV Apr 27, 2020 at 11:38 PM about the 2017 Ford Focus SE Hatchback

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I hit a small curb earlier at work. It took a tiny
chunk out of my tire and scrapped my cap
pretty bad. Wondering if I should get it looked
at?

From what I can see the wheel damage is cosmetic. I can't see the tire damage very well so you should have it looked at. If the damage does not go down to the cord you are OK.

Not much better. I would probably drive it but it can't hurt to have a tire shop look at it.
