2008 Mazda 6 for $600

Would it be a good buy if I get a 2008 Mazda
6 for $600.. the transmission is slipping and
the AC don't work, has 65k miles. Would it
be an easy fix or would I end up putting  
more money in it . Thanks in advance

Ok I got a buddy that works in a junk yard and can probably get the pieces it needs for a decent price, Should I go for the buy ... Appreciate your feedback
