are spacers required for mounting 63 Falcon bucket seats to floor

assembling a 63 Sprint interior. The front bucket seats sit crooked on floor
mounting, Looks like maybe a spacer is required on inside rear stud going through
floor. Any help is appreciated.

The 1963-65 convertibles have a raised floor the front of the seat track attaches to and a sheet metal bracket that is attached to floor with screws that the rear of the track sits on. This is from my 1964 falcon but they are the same for all 3 years

underside holes have covers or plugs to protect attaching nuts from the elements
