2003 Ford Windstar drive belt squeaking badly. It is rather new and should not
be replaced yet. Is in good condition. I'm thinking it needs adjustment. Anyone

If this is serpentine belt, there is a tensioner. I can't tell from here if tensioner needs to be replaced? Another thought, maybe use a mechanics stethoscope, with engine idling, listen to each belt driven component housing, to see if you can pin-point where the sounds is coming from, incase component has a bad bearing or whatever? Just don't get anything hung-up in belts or pulleys. With belt off, engine off, you can work pulleys to make sure not trying seize and check for looseness.
