Where is the fuse box on 1968 International Harvester Scout 800?

There is no fuse block on a scout 800. There are two in line fuses under the dash on the right side of the gauges.

are 1 of those fuses under the dash associated with the car starting i had 1 bad 1 out of the 2 and car will crank but wont start i checked plugs and replaced starter coil and disributor is good.anny pointers
