How do I replace the motor for windshield wipers

Curious on what I have to do to get to the motor on our 79 fiat spider 2000.

You are not going to find much information here to do the repair, I would get yourself a repair manual on line....

From my shop manual: 1. Make sure that the wipers are parked. 2. Lift the wiper arms and pull them off their pivot shafts. 3. Open the hood. Remove the screws that secure the cowl to the body, then lift the cowl together with the wiper motor and linkage. 4. Label and disconnect the wiper motor wiring connectors. 5. Disconnect the windshield washer hose. Remove the cowl and do what you need to with the motor.
