Check out your battery, battery cables and connections first. If they are not in excellent shape, replace them. your cables can go bad on the inside, so really consider putting them in new, before looking anywhere else

I’m working on a 2002 Grand marquis. The 25 amp fuse keeps blowing when the ignition is all the way to the cranking position. It’s the fuel pump fuse. Everything else works. What should I try next?
