89 Mercury Grand Marquis with Light Problem

We have a 89 Grand Marquis that we are having problems with the running lights on.  We
just replaced the battery - have headlights, brake lights, but no parking lights etc.  The
fuses are good and when you shut the door, there is a buzzing under the dash between
the seats.  Any and all information is greatly appreciated as this is transportation to work.

It's your head light switch. Ford put crappy switches in those cars and they burn out, if you want to make sure play with the switch and get it to sit between parking lights only and head lights on, your parking lights and head lights should all come on
