can you fit a sr20det

I was just on ebay and saw a fabricated transmision bellhousing that would mount to the 2000 roadster tranny and it said that it would fit a 510 too. I don't know if this is correct. Also on ebay I have seen a 510 with an sr20det but I don't remember how they swapped it.

U can use a bell housing from a Datsun 240Z 4 speed,to fit that transmission to a 510. Same with the 620 transmision. The problem is, a lot of the 4 speeds have been junked, so finding one proves to be tough. Better off trying to find a 280 or 280ZX transmission.
