Spark is the easiest to check first. At the plug, then the wires, then at the coil. A fuel pressure gauge can be had for thirty of so bucks.. You can make sure it is not a restricted air problem by simply removing the filter when trying to start.
Still does not want to start. I don't know what else it could be
