I have a 92 Corona that wont start after being driven around town for about an hour. It stalled at a few Red lights but started again. Now it won't start after being parked up for 15 mins.

Throttle position sensor? Is the throttle plate dirty? You have to remove the plastic tube between the air filter box and the intake to see the plate or butterfly. Clean it with carb cleaner.

Just to add ,to transam77 comment, after doing as he said, check fuel filter, and fuel pump
Ahhh yea, I forgot about those 2. Thanks TST. If none of the above works look at the fuel pressure regulator. Hopefully one of our answers will take care of your problem.

Check your spark plug wires. Here is the trick: get a spray bottle full of water and spritz it over the wires while the car is running IN THE DARK. If you see the wires arcing, change them. A plugged catalytic converter can also cause such a condition.
