Help with cadillac 2004 cts shaking

I have a 2004 Cadillac CTS that I got from my dad I usually
have work done on it by a local mechanic but recently I got
ripped off so now I'm trying to find out what exactly is
wrong with it so I can purchase what I need to have it done
wherever. When it is hooked up to a reader it's coming up a
miss fire in cylinder one and i dont know what i do for that.
What i do know is the car shakes horribly.  Any advice?

My advice do the compression test on cylinder 1 if the pressure reading between 150 to 190 that mean the engine it’s good just need to replace coil or spark plug or wire or injector ..I hope my answer will help you .,,,
