Help on cadillac cts 2017

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have a cadillac cts 2017 2.0 and the lights and
cue system all work but the car will not start up.
Any help to what could cause it, I tried jump
starting and already changing starter relay

Sounds like a key issue. Push to start or regular key?
