Coolant level coolant running out of reverse

Low level coolant light came on. Filled drove light came on
again checked coolant out. Has like a pulley sound like
pulley vibrating  but where's coolant going. Just started.  
Also have heat but seemed like windows got fogged.
What's problem.

If your heater core is leaking then it will fog up the interior on cold days. Otherwise you need to locat the leak, could be anywhere along the path of the coolant, just look around, check to see if you have milky looking oil, fog/steam out the tail pipe. Wet floor board.
