When i push in the clutch while going down the road my rpms wont drop until i come to a complete stop...when at a stop i can give it gas and the rpms drop quickly...what is wrong?

sounds like sludge in the clutch fluid (brake fluid)~ New Master and slave cylinders will put it right~
the clutch fluid is not the problem. it has nothing to do with rpm. sounds to me like the idle air control valve or something of that nature.
