I put abOut quart over fill of transmission fluid in my 1999 Cadillac Deville. Can it damage to transmission if I drive.

Pull out about a quart and then do as "Tom" suggested - warm up the car on a level surface, shift through the trans positions as you do this (RNDL), and then check the level. If it is now truly low, add back small amounts until you reach full and STOP. Do not overfill.
