have replaced voltage regulator,altanater,battery,and starter,,still cuts out while driving is this an electrical issue and if so how can i fix it?

Sounds like the problem is in the ignition system, coil, spark plug wires, cap, rotor all should be checked.

wow- an Aspen- cool- those are pretty basic cars- shouldn't be too hard to diagnose- modern enough to have an electronic ignition- sounds like an ignition module- do you have a good mechanic? keeps you from guessing and replacing all those parts you really don't have to-
