I found this on forums.com/suzuki-sx4-forum. Hope it helps. You will need hand tools like: -ratchet -socket set -wrench set -Impact Driver -allen keys or sockets -Hammer -medium size punch -torque wrench (rated 25-75 ft lbs) What you have to do is: 1-Remove the wheel 2-Remove the brake caliper (ONLY remove the 2 bolts holding the caliper to the A-arm. You do not need to remove the pads or the hose) 3-Take the Impact driver and remove the 2 philips head screws holding the brake rotor to the wheel hub, they should be between the lug bolt holes (or your car may just have small retainer washers to hold the rotor on). (if you dont know how to use the impact driver: install the proper fitting bit in the tool end, put the tool to the screw like its a screw driver, make sure the driver tool is set to go counter clockwise, take a hammer and hit the back end of the tool and it will turn the screw) 4- after the screws are removed, remove the rotors (so they dont get dammaged during lug bolt removal) 5- take the hammer and punch hit the lug bolts (you want to hit them from the outside, so you are pushing them towards the car) 6- install new lug bolts, they may need to be hit with a hammer to get them seated or if that does not work put the rotor on put the brake caliper out of the way and install the wheel, tighten the lug nuts so that they pull the lug bolts into the hub housing (if you do this make sure the wheel does not crush the brake caliper, and remember to go back and install the rotor screws and the caliper) 7- install the rotor, rotor retaining screws(washers), brake caliper, and wheel. 8- remember to torque the lug nuts to the proper specs for your car. and check to make sure all the lug bolts are seated properly. -Finally take a break cuz you are done. Just remember to check your lug nut torque after 20-50 miles of driving after you finish.
IF THIS WORKS YOUR NOT WORKING ON A 08 SUZUKI SX4
