Trouble :( .. To help with the battey drain issue I have supplied a relay chart so you can pull the relays when it happens. This will need some expertise to repair. Issue 1 - Need to see if the computer is seeing proper temperature from the engine sensor ECT ( Different than the gauge or light sensor ) Issue 2 - These relays are PCM ( Computer ) operated so there may be an issue with the PCM messing up. Issue 3 - A Dealer complient scanner may be needed to diagnose properly. No I am not a dealer and am not recomment to go there - There are plenty of competant Technicians out there ... Good Luck
Ya we have already tried that and it wouldn't work. My cousin is a certified tech but cant look at it til next weekend = ( We were lookin for a short term solution til then. Thanks so much for the reply so quickly!

Perhaps the fan relay shorted out and now the contacts are or could be fused together.
