if you changed the crankshaft then it is possable that the magnet is missing on the new crankshaft that you put in it. here is what the code reads. call the place where you got the crank and make sure the year and that if it was a new one call the parts company and see if it came with the magnet for the crank sensor or if you were to use the old one. P0335 1T CCM 2004-05 PT Cruiser No Crankshaft Position Sensor Signal At PCM Conditions: Engine running and no CMP Sensor DTCs are present. If the PCM did not detect any CKP Sensor pulses when synchronization is attempted with the CMP signal, this DTC will set. Possible Causes: Intermittent CKP signal 5v supply circuit open, or shorted to ground or voltage CKP Sensor signal circuit is open or shorted to ground or voltage CKP Sensor signal circuit is shorted to 5v supply circuit CKP Sensor ground circuit is open CKP Sensor or PCM has failed.
