Can a bad timing belt cause a P0303 code?

I keep getting a P0303 code and I have replaced everything I can think of. It keeps coming back.

if u replace every thing that should be the coil pack over the cylinder. the spark plug . if that dont that care of the problem. replace the battery because as a the spark plug ages the coil pack require more voltage the run the car. the other 2 thing are shorts in your wireing hardness or a low flowing fuel pump
