Look under the carpet in the trunk over the gas tank, sometimes there is an access panel to go threw. If there is not one, then yes the tank has to come down.

The panel is probably sealed down, probably no screws.

Awesome and only good thing about those cars is that there is a access panel under the rear seat.

I have a Chrysler 300 yr99 I need to replace the fuel pump how do I get to it so I can replace or do I have to drop the gas tank
