1999 Sebring Won't start

accidentally pulled out ASD fuse and car shut off in 10 seconds
When I replaced the fuse, the car would not crank & start afterwards
Crank, spark & fuel pressure now gone
"ccd" appears on display
What's up ?

Did that many times...even replaced ECM I had been having trouble with key/anti-theft system/alarm for some time prior...and poss BCM prob ?
"Cannot communicate with ECM" That's why we replaced it But still same response
