What causes the front end of my 95 to rattle like there are loose nuts

Well, there are a number of things that could cause that. Check the bolts that hold the front struts to the strut towers and to the knuckles. The bolts that hold the steering rack to the K-member. Check all the bolts that hold the sway bar to the k-member and the control arms. Check your control arms where they bolt to the k-member and the bushings. Check to ball joints, tie rod ends, and wheel bearings. There are also the four bolts that hold the k-member to the car.

IN MY CASE I THINK ITS COMING FROM THE DIFFERENTAIL I HAVE CHECKED EVERYTHING ELSE AND ITS ALL SOLID

I would say the most likely thing is worn sway bar bushings and end links. Inexpensive repair and easy to do.
