Evertything is replaced that we can think of...fuel pump, fuel sieves replaced, coil replaced, in-line fuel filter is changed, plugs is replaced... Now we think it could only be a electrical problem? Any suggestions how to fix this???

It may have something to do with the vacuum advance for the timing. Make sure the weights are free in the distributor, the things that have a spring attached to them, two of them, & the vacuum pull off is working.
