I’m about to buy a 2006 Dodge Charger for 4,500
it’s got 179,410 miles on it, I think I can talk him
down.  Do I buy or do I not buy

Chargers look cool but mechanically kinda suck. At that mileage they implode and turn into black holes. Go on any of the blue book value sites like KBB, Nada, and Edmunds and see what they give as a resale value. If you do buy, have some money in reserve for that replacement engine or tranny.
