Hi yasmine, If your air isn't cold or has stopped working it doesn't necessarily mean that the freon has left the cooling system. However, if your system is indeed empty or low on freon you probably have a leak somewhere in the cooling system. I would recommend that you take it to your trusted mechanic or cooling specialist so that they can perform a pressure check and diagnose the problem. Hope this helps!
