2005 dodge grand caravan brake pedal goes all the way to floor

Driving home from work and when I went to brake, the pedal went almost all the way to the floor. Still had brakes but real soft. Checked reservoir and it is full. Not seeing any brake fluid on ground. What can cause this and how do I fix it?

Sounds like the master cylinder went bad if there is not fluid leaking. A new master cylinder needs to be put on. If you haven't done something like this, then I recommend you take it to a shop for installation.
