Dodge neon no crank no strat

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Car ran great next day would not crank or
start, but got power every where, change a
lot of parts, still no start or crank , olny I
haven't done is new key and the part that on
where the key gose for the chip in the key
.any help you can give me would be greatly
appreciated.

Yes I did , and all fuses are good plus I pulled them out to check them to with my eyes to make sure no breakage or anything or black spots things like that on any of them and I checked the relay switches pulling them one by one but I don't hear any clicking nothing coming from them but on the inside where the relay switches go I have power negative and positive so I'm not sure how to just check the relay switch itself because I called the dealership and I almost cried when they told me how much just for 1 relay switch would be.

On the 05 dodge neon the fuse box is on the driver side under the hood.
