Dodge neon no crank no strat

Car ran great next day would not crank or
start, but got power every where, change a
lot of parts, still no start or crank , olny I
haven't done is new key and the part that on
where the key gose for the chip in the key
.any help you can give me would be greatly
appreciated.

Was the battery among the lots of parts that you changed?
Yes it was and stater, and Cadillac converter and the sensors top and bottom all new and all new fuses
Forgive me, but is your question related to a 2005 Dodge Neon or a Cadillac? Or is Cadillac the brand name of the converter. And why did you change the converter just because the car does not start?
Sorry spell check change it on me , yes the converter, no I had a code and that's what it said it was , and yes it's a dodge neon 2.0L . 2005 .
THERE FUSE UNDER HOOD WILL CAUSE NO START NO CRANK IN FUSE BOX GET TEST LITE AND CHECK ALL FUSES
Hi, I checked all fuses and remove the relay switches and checked from power from there and I'm getting power but not sure how to check the relay switches I have six of them how do I check them thank you so much
STILL THINKING ITS FUSE I HAVE SEBRING CONVERTIBLE THAT FUSE GOES EVERY 11/2 YEARS DID YOU CHECK WITH TEST LITE
The relay box should be located in the engine compartment. A black box usually between the fender and the motor. I am not sure if in this car is on the left or the right side.
Well turn over won't start an dosnt have power to instruments
Iv got a 99 dodge neon that has no power to ignition I turn key to on it has no dash lite nothing but headlights and everything works but car wont turn over or crank
