How do I install front drum brakes on my 100/6 Austin Healey?

I have not done the brakes on a 100/6 but in general you remove the dust cap on the wheel, remove the cotter key that holds the castle nut in place and then the nut, then remove the drum taking care to not drop the wheel bearing in the dirt. If the drum does not come off you may need to back off the brake shoe adjustment. Remove the springs that hold the shoes in place. Take a photo to help you put it back together or just do one side at a time. If the drums need turning your local auto parts store can probably help you. Install the new shoes and springs and reinstall the drums after re-greasing the bearings. Adjust the wheel bearing so that the bearings are tight and then back off a little bit so that the drum turns easily. Adjust the shoes until the shoes are tight and then back them off, a tiny bit of brake shoe dragging is OK. I would probably take it for a test drive and break in the shoes and re- adjust as needed. There are specialty tools available to help with the springs and the adjustments.
